Mail or bring entries with checks payable to Eagle Marketing, 227 W. Broadway, Enid ,OK 73701, no later than 5pm Monday, April 16, 2012. Electricity is available on a limited basis, first come first serve. Send in vendor registrations early.WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this registration, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executers and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Eagle Marketing, Enid News & Eagle, Cnhi, Enid Noon Ambucs, Roberts Ranch, Cherokee Strip Conference Center, their agents, successors and assigns for any reason and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Eagle Marketing and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
