2009 Cook Information

Thank you for entering our 4th Annual Roberts Ranch Smokin’ Red Dirt BBQ Cookoff. Cooks will be on a paved parking lot adjacent to the Mark Price Arena in downtown Enid OK. The arena will be open to the cooks 24/7 to give them access to the bathrooms and showers. The arena will also be home to the cooks meeting, judging, public BBQ dinner on Saturday and awards ceremony. Electricity and Ice will be available at no extra charge! (electricity hookups are limited, send in registration early if you require electricity. Bring your own extension cords.)

SET-UP
Set-up begins Friday April 17, 2009 at 9am
125 W. Cherokee, Enid OK
Upon arrival your team will be shown to your assigned cooking site, given your team goodie bag, and the required meat inspection will be conducted.
Each team will be assigned a 20×30 cooking site. Additional space $50.00

KCBS Reps will arrive Friday, April 17th at approximately 3-4pm and confirm entries with all teams.

Cooks meeting will take place Friday, April 17th, 2009 at 6pm. Judging containers will be distributed at this time.
Quiet Time - 11pm - 7am
Breakfast for Contestants - Saturday April 12th - 7am
inside Mark Price Arena
BBQ Dinner - Saturday April 12th, 11:30 - 1pm
