WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executers and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Eagle Marketing, Enid News & Eagle, Cnhi, Habitat for Humanity Enid Chapter, Cherokee Strip Conference Center, Harris Foundation, Roberts Ranch, their agents, successors and assigns for any reason and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to Eagle Marketing and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that soliciting for other non-KCBS sanctioned barbeque contests is not permitted at the Smokin’ Red Dirt Cookoff.
