2010 Vendor Information

Thank you for choosing to attend our 5th Annual Smokin’ Red Dirt BBQ Cookoff. Vendors will be assigned space on a paved parking lot near and around Mark Price Arena and limited space inside Cherokee Strip Conference Center located in downtown Enid OK 123 W. Maine St.  Electricity is available at an extra charge.Set-up begins Friday April 16, 2010 at 9am - 123  W. Maine, Enid OKPlease have your booth set-up and open by 5pm Friday April 17th. Below is a listing of the weekends events.Booth Vendor Hours: Fri. 5pm - 8pm , Sat. 10am - 5pm.Friday, April 16th9:00am - BBQ Contestants begin arriving3:00pm - Arts Festival Opens5:00pm - Booth Vendors Open5:00pm- National Pork Board - Free BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches while supplies last.7:00pm - Rib Eating Contest/Sponsored by RibCrib for general public8:00pm - Mainstreet JazzStroll -Jazz Stroll - Live Jazz at different locations throughout downtown,  all within walking distance. Maine. Cook/Vendor site is located in the parking lot(s) Southwest of conference center.  Indoor vendors should use Grand Ave. for parking on east side of Cherokee Strip Conference Cener and Mark Price Arena.Hwy 412 / Hwy 60 turns into Owen K. Garriott which runs East and West thru the city.Enid is home to David Allen Memorial Ballpark,our city’s state-of-the-art baseball facility, located just across the street from the contest site. Our local family YMCA is located two blocks west of the contest site and is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, indoor swimming, indoor rock climbing and more.  Downtown Enid is also home to Leonardo’s Discovery Warehouse, a hands-on art and science museum for the entire family, Adventure Quest, one of the world’s largest community-built playgrounds/science park and a two block shopping square.We look forward to having you in Enid!  If you have any questions prior to your arrival, please don’thesitate to contact us.
